RV Toons.com is the brain trust of Diane and Jim O’Dell of Chandler, AZ. The idea of the business has been kicking around for years and finally all the stars have aligned to make it possible.

Diane is originally from the Western New York area (hence the Arvee family origins). She has been in the advertising and marketing industry for over 30 years. Her secret desire to write for publication comes to fruition as she sends the Arvee Family on a never-ending adventure.

Jim, born in Scotland to a Scottish mother and American military father has lived all over the world. He has been in the RV industry over 30 years as a salesperson, sales manager and general manager. However, he also understands the “nuts & bolts” part of the RVs. Combining this knowledge, Jim brings a complete understanding of Recreational Vehicles throughout this site for our visitors.

Joining Jim and Diane on this crazy journey are Jim’s brother Kevin and sister-in-law Shelly.

Shelly brings a bit of theatrics to the team with her voice-over talent, local “Dreams” performances and with the Worship Acts Creative team. She is a rare species in these parts being a second generation native Arizonian. Add to Shelly’s “credits,” 20 years of success in retail sales and management. Being raised in a family business, Shelly has strong work ethic along with the ability to enjoy her work. She started traveling in an RV in her childhood and continues today with Kevin and their daughters. Shelly’s motto: You are never lost, only taking the scenic route…enjoy the journey!

Kevin worked in the hospitality industry working in all aspects of hotel management. Customer service is the name of his game. He left the hotel business once the kids came along and now has become Professor Psychodellic teaching high school chemistry. Secretly we all know he teaches high school to be around his peer group! He and Shelly have traveled all over the western United States in an old GMC motorhome and love the freedom RV'ing brings. As for the funny side of life on the road, we have endured and laughed our way through almost everything that can break in or on an RV! Even those oddities won't keep Kevin and Shelly from the road.
